Do I need to create an account to register for a vaccine?

How do I create an account?

You will create an account using a valid email address. You will also create a password to be used with your account on the Vaccine Portal. Note, multiple family members can register with one email address. Click this link to get started. https://vaccinereg.doh.nm.gov

What if I have an existing DOH Vaccine Registration Account?

You will need to create an account on the new DOH system, but you can import the data from your previous account. You will create your new account using a valid email address, log in, and then click the Add Family Member link on your Registration Dashboard. From there, click Import Data in the pop-up window. Enter your old DOH username & Password and click Authenticate to begin the process.

Can I create an account for somebody else?

Yes, you can register multiple family members with one email address. Once you set up the account, click the Add Family Member link on your Registration Dashboard to add other users to the account.

How do I access my account?

Once you have created an account you can log into the Vaccine Portal https://vaccinereg.doh.nm.gov by clicking the Login button under the Account Login section.

What if I forgot the password for my account?

On the Vaccine Portal Login page there is a Reset Your Password link. Click the link, enter your Email Address, and then click Send Email to receive password reset instructions.

I do not have access to the internet. How can I register for a vaccine?

Please call 1-833-796-8773 for vaccine registration questions and support. The NMDOH Helpline is open Monday – Friday 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM to 4 PM.

My insurance company is not listed. What do I do?

Please select “Other” from the dropdown menu and enter your insurance company in the input box provided.

I’ve scheduled an appointment. What else do I need to do?

Please make sure you complete the medical questionnaire before your appointment. You will receive a reminder two days before your appointment. Follow-up reminders will also be sent one day before your appointment, and the day of your appointment.

Do I have to fill out the medical questionnaire?

Yes, you must complete the medical questionnaire to receive your vaccine. If you need help, the medical staff will assist you on the day of your appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel an appointment, log in to your account and click on the Registration Dashboard. Appointments will be listed in the Upcoming Appointments section. To cancel, click on the red trashcan next to the appointment you want to cancel. To reschedule, please cancel your existing appointment and create a new one. Please call 1-833-796-8773 if you need assistance. The NMDOH Helpline is open Monday – Friday 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM to 4 PM.

What is my “Confirmation Code”?

A confirmation code is a unique identifier that you receive when you register for a vaccine. You will provide this code when you check in for your appointment.

What if I forgot my confirmation code?

When you go to your appointment, the medical staff can look up your vaccine registration information using your full name and date of birth.
